Greg Smith
Greg Smith founded Choice One Landscape in 2001 on a straightforward approach: do the work correctly, say what you mean, and treat the property like your own. Today, Choice One serves homeowners in Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Patterson, Riverbank, Modesto, and nearby communities. The company holds an active California C-27 landscaping license under CSLB #795016.
The work spans landscape design, paver patios and driveways, stamped and poured concrete, retaining walls, drainage corrections, artificial turf, and complete backyard builds. Greg remains involved in project oversight and field review, including grade, base preparation, and finish details.
