Services

Choice One Landscape provides landscaping and hardscaping services in Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Patterson, Riverbank, Modesto, and nearby California communities. All projects are subject to a signed contract and agreed-upon scope of work.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is determined by the signed contract and may vary based on site conditions discovered during construction.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract. A deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due according to project milestones.

Warranty

Choice One Landscape stands behind our craftsmanship. Specific warranty terms are included in each project contract and vary by service type and materials used.

Limitation of Liability

Choice One Landscape's liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or issues arising from improper maintenance.
