Before Construction Starts
Remove agreed personal items, confirm the access width and protection plan, identify pets or occupied areas, discuss dust and noise, and verify utility-location, permit, HOA, staging, delivery, and neighbor-access requirements that apply to the project.
Demolition and Excavation
